Shipment Processing Time
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases of significant delays, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and our supplier's shipping policies. Please refer to the shipping options available at checkout for estimated delivery times.

  • Worldwide - up to 30 Business Days 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to natural disasters, pandemics, or situations beyond the seller's control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as it is available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

Due to global security measures, there may be occasional delays in the delivery of our packages. We guarantee that you will receive your parcel, but we ask for your understanding if there are any delays beyond our control.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Kaz-Cali Collection is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer, including tariffs and taxes. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or being undeliverable, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.

Damages
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email it to us at info@kazcali.com immediately. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
